Team Wellness and Motivation – Check Up

 

Covid-19 continues to disrupt businesses, and fragment staff, it’s essential, now more than ever, that your team feel connected and supported.

 

This service is for leaders who want to begin getting closer to their staff in a formalised, safe and objective way and who are committed to listening to and making improvements based on their staffs’ views. This service sets you up to regularly monitor staff sentiment in the future.

Client-Centric Marketing Strategy

 

Often businesses forget to talk to the people they are marketing to – their clients!

 

Our service involves management team training to understand insights and direction via qualitative feedback from their key clients to enable them to market more meaningfully during this Covid-19 time. This process will provide many general business insights also.

 

We take our clients through the feedback workbook and assist them to select the client list, decide questions relating to required outcomes, then conduct the actual feedback (performed by What Lies Beneath).  We then present the feedback to the whole team.

 

After the presentations, one-on-one marketing coaching will take the insights and marketing content from the feedback and add your brilliance to form a fresh marketing strategy, allowing the business to make more informed and confident marketing decisions and spend.
