Your company will have nominated a range of clients for us to talk to, so we’ll go away and do that, and then we’ll work through the feedback and present it all back via two workshops. These will be either held online via zoom or in person at your offices– or a combination of both.

 

WHAT PREPARATION DO I NEED TO DO?

To be honest not much - we do most of the heavy lifting!

The main thing you need to do is attend two x 2.5hr workshops and read the DEEP DIVE document prior to the first workshop. This is usually sent 24hrs in advance of the workshops, and the workshops are spaced one week apart.

We cannot stress how important it is to make time for pre-reading.

To help we suggest booking an hour’s time in your calendar for this ahead of time as often the document is 25 – 30 pages long, but don’t worry – it’s rollicking reading!

WHAT ARE THE WORKSHOPS?

Workshop One – The DEEP DIVE, Exploration to Inspiration

This is when we walk through the client summaries together as a group and discuss themes and insights as they emerge. We'll throw around ideas for change and improvements, but importantly no decisions are made!
 

Workshop Two – The GUTS, Insights to Action

You'll have had a week to digest the DEEP DIVE, and now we get to work. We’ll present back the key themes and lead a conversation that includes the developments from The DEEP DIVE and takes those insights into action. A key outcome of this session is the all-important ACTION PLAN.

 

ANYTHING TO BE AFRAID OF?

Absolutely not! Whilst we can’t guarantee the feedback will be sunshine and kittens, we are experts at helping navigate our clients through it all, to look for the themes, challenge yourselves and seek win-win solutions for all. This is not an HR exercise; this is an interactive and expertly facilitated process to help you and your business be the best it can be for your customers.
