Candour: the quality of being open and honest; frankness.
I love that at WLB we don’t sugar coat anything and it gets results.
One of my favourite sayings is "the world is a mirror" – so once one person is candid it's like an honesty showdown!
Our workshops really shake up the norm – we get straight to the nitty gritty, there is no mucking about!
Sharing with candour can feel like therapy and we witness this with the people we interview on behalf of our customers, they really want to talk and tell us everything!
Straight forward conversations lead to such productive and enjoyable interactions.
Candour is something we all need to practice as it has such positive effects on relationships, both professionally and personally.
