I’ve taken some flak for this value - but I love it and believe it’s a big reason we attract and keep amazing team members.
We work from home so our adventures shake up the weeks. Our trips don’t feel like obligations and we come back refreshed, and full of chuckle-worthy memories.
By the time we travel for ‘The Guts’ workshops, we’ve knocked out 95% of a project and can relax a little. Time with our customers is a highlight and though the workshops are fast paced and productive they never feel like work.
We 'work hard, play hard,' but our play is so wholesome. We arrive the day before (cos you know, NZ flights!) and you’ll find us outside somewhere stunning at sunrise and sunset, and in bed around the same time as your kids.
From Pahiatua to Raro, from a UFO to a beachfront shack - WLB trips are always an adventure and the perfect way to bond with my team.
